“Our meat is harvested seasonally, during times when grasses are at their peak. Our beef has been aged for 3 weeks and is cut by the artisan butchers at Reeds Gourmet Meat Company in Sacramento, CA, where it is then vacuum-sealed and carefully frozen to ensure the highest quality flavor.”

Ordering Info

To place an order please email us at avdisranch@gmail.com.  Include your name, address, phone number, what cuts of meat you’d like, and approximately how many pounds you’d like.

Each vacuum-sealed and frozen package of individual cuts varies by weight, so your final price is calculated based on the total weight of each package.  Delivery in the Sacramento-area is available on purchases of $100 or more.  Pick-up is available at our North Natomas ranch by appointment or at Reed Gourmet Meats in East Sacramento weekdays between 10am-2pm.

Orders will take 2-3 business days to fill. When your order is complete, we will notify you by phone or email with your invoice and pickup or delivery date.  Payment is due upon pick-up or delivery; cash, credit card, Venmo, and PayPal are accepted.
